RouterUPS is not working

If your recently purchased RouterUPS is not working:
  1. Check if the switch on the side of the RouterUPS device is in the ON position
  2. Check if the cables and connectors are all tightly fitting into their sockets
  3. Check if the power is ON at the wall plug/socket
  4. If all the above are done, please Check the Compatibility of your Router with the RouterUPS variant that you have purchased.
  5. If your WiFi Router is not compatible with the RouterUPS variant that you have purchased, please Submit a Ticket.
  6. Choose the Issue Type as Replacement. Our Customer Care will reach out to you for further assistance
If your RouterUPS was purchased within the last one year:
  1. Please Submit a Ticket for device replacement if it is found not working.
  2. Choose the Issue Type as Warranty Claim
If your RouterUPS was purchased more than one year ago:
  1. The battery may have depleted due to a high capacity router being connected to the RouterUPS
  2. OR the battery may have depleted due to more frequent power cuts that resulted in higher recharge cycles
  3. Purchase a new RouterUPS with the right compatibility for your WiFi Router Brand and Model
